Mary Anna Evans is an assistant professor of professional writing at the University of Oklahoma. Her books have won the Benjamin Franklin Award, a writer's residency from The Studios of Key West, the Mississippi Author Award, the Patrick D. Smith Florida Literature Award, and three Florida Book Award bronze medals.
