Monica Rodden lives in Austin, Texas, with her husband, Greg, and a dog who loves to chase everything. Her first book, a modern retelling of Wuthering Heights called MONSTERS AMONG US, will be published by Random House on October 27th. She plans to continue writing young adult adaptations of classic novels, but only the really dark, depressing ones--which is pretty much all of them.
