About the Author
Suzanne Arruda is a zookeeper turned science teacher turned mystery writer, is the author of the Jade del Cameron historical mystery series set in 1920's Africa. She has published science and nature articles for adults and children as well as three middle grade biographies. An avid hiker, gardener, and member of Women in the Outdoors (WITO), Suzanne lives in Kanasas with her husband, her cat, Wooly Bear, and Ozymandias, a dysfunctional parakeet.
