Rescuing a gorgeous brunette really wasn't on his agenda. He knows something is strange about this mugging, but Mina just doesn't want to believe it was more than that. Is it really possible that her life is in danger?

When anything by Katie Reus is offered for review, I am there to snap it up, and SINFUL SEDUCTION is one I hadn't read. It is an older release but still an amazingly timely read.

One of the things I enjoy reading in Ms. Reus' Red Stone Security series is the men are very protective toward the women. They come off as alpha, with the shooting the bad guys, fighting and high-speed chases but the women aren't exactly in distress. In this case, Mina knows a thing or two about protecting herself, but she also trusts Blue, realizing he knows a few more tricks than she does.

There is an insta-love vibe but that is all right as the pace of this read is fast and the romance itself might have gotten lost in all the danger if it hadn't been instant. I love this couple, who I might add had a few secrets that they had to share with each other to move the trust along. The members of the security company and a few buddies he calls in to help protect Mina all blended well with the drama that takes place throughout these pages. A word of warning - just when you think it's over ... wham ... Ms. Reus throws in a little twist just to keep your heart racing. As I stated earlier this was released a few years ago, if you haven't read it already it is a fascinating read.
