ALI-A ADVENTURES: GAME ON breaks the third wall right from the get-go. The main character Ali-A speaks to the reader and invites them to enjoy his story and his new game launch. The launch goes horribly wrong and Ali-A is forced into a game he knows inside and out to fight and battle monsters. The world he created has come to life and is threatening humans worldwide. Only Ali-A and his friends can stop it from completely taking over.

Written in the format of someone playing a game, young gamers will understand and enjoy this graphic novel. The artwork is well done and brings the story to life, allowing readers to follow as the next level in the game is reached. You see how playing the game helps destroy the enemy.
