I enjoy Ms. Galen's fast-paced novels because they include clever dialogue and memorable characters. The conversations between Gideon and Susanna are honest and this added to the charm of the character's romance. Their escapades through the Seven Dials section of London, the pleasure gardens, and Mayfair kept me on the edge of my chair. There were several unexpected twists and turns in the story that made the plot appealing. Loved the ending of the story as well--very well done, Ms. Galen!
