It's impossible to resist Tucker Cassidy's appeal. He has the sexy swagger of a professional athlete, but his Clark Kent glasses and easygoing, sweetness, and charm make him amazing. I like that Tucker projects confidence without it appearing to be obnoxious arrogance. Over the course of ALL WOUND UP, it's obvious that his large, tight-knit family keeps him grounded. I loved the interactions between Tucker and his brothers. These family scenes add humor and lighten tension.

I love the flirty courtship between Tucker and Dr. Aubry Ross. Despite their best intentions, and inauspicious first meeting, they slowly fall for each other. Aubry is very likable and I really liked that she is able to see how skewed her father's view of her personal life is. She is not somebody to be easily manipulated and she doesn't seem insecure. I love the chemistry between Tucker and Aubry. The fun, light, romantic moments like their cooking class add another layer of charm to ALL WOUND UP. The passion is red-hot and never lets up.

ALL WOUND UP is a home run -- sexy, fun, and great characters! I love stories like ALL WOUND UP that can take a "nice guy" hero and keep him sexy without being boring. I hope to read more about Tucker's brothers in future books, as well as perhaps Aubry's best friend Katie. I love characters with a good sense of humor and Katie's quick wit added to my overall enjoyment of ALL WOUND UP. I look forward to reading more stories in Jaci Burton's Play-by-Play series.
