Claire is the 26-year-old reporter at Mod magazine who gets to interview the hottest celebrities and compete with magazines like Cosmo, but her personal life is a shambles. Her live-in boyfriend is on a 29-day celibacy kick, and she's all but ready to scream because of it. When her managing editor demands a last-minute article titled, "Ten Reasons You Should Have a One-Night Stand," Claire feels like the last woman in the world qualified to write it.

Normally, being in the presence of someone like Cole Brannon (the most eligible and dead sexy actor in Hollywood) would make her swoon. But "normally" doesn't co- exist with Claire's vision of keeping her professional life strictly on the up-and-up. Waking up in Cole's apartment the morning after their interview proves to put a ratchet in the works and Sidra, Claire's less than moral coworker, drops by at the most inopportune time.

This is a wonderfully vibrant read and sticks firmly to the chick lit genre. It was fun and fluffy; a definite choice for anytime someone needs a quick reminder of how enjoyable it is being a girl on the prowl.
