Angry that he left, angry that he waltzes back into her life so arrogant, and still so handsome, Janet does what she does best, she lashes out at him. But soon it becomes apparent to both of them that the passion and feelings between them is one of a kind. THE SWEET SURRENDER OF JANET BUCHANAN by Paula Quinn has everything you need for a delightful historical romance - a sinfully handsome hero, a feisty, outspoken heroine, turmoil and outside threats, set amidst the beautiful Isle of Skye. I could not ask for more out of this short tale and it was thoroughly enjoyable.
