Jesus Hernandez, FBI Assistant Director in Charge, has learned a lot on the job. Years ago her vampire father had killed her mother in front of her, she herself was only saved by chance, and since then she has been searching for him. Suddenly he is here and he knows about her but worst of all he begins taunting her and threatening those she cares about. Has becoming friends with Diana, Ryder and lover of Jesus weakened her ... or does love make you stronger?

DIE FOR LOVE is a compelling captivating read that takes you to a world that you would love to visit again and again. There is so much going on but author Caridad Pineiro, keeps everything in line, leading you through this fantastic read. The reader gets to peek into the lives of those we have fallen in love with throughout the other Reborn books. The action is fierce with the finale with her father just what he deserves. There are a number of surprising twists ... especially for Michaela and more so for the Slayer Council. I enjoyed watching Michaela grow in love and strength until she is ready to do whatever she must to protect those she has grown to love. If this is the first of this series you have read you will want to grab up the others and settle back to enjoy an amazing ride.
