As Raphael starts to show new powers that he does not understand yet tries to control. He wonders what new powers the other Archangels are gaining, and are they controlling them? In a rare move he starts to make an alliance with another in hopes that if he needs help there will be someone there he can count on, besides those that are loyal to him. Elena is Raphael's heart and soul, if not for her he would have given into the darkness that rises in him and tries to take him over.

ARCHANGELS LEGION shows how their relationship has grown stronger and how he cannot think rationally without her, she is his conscience. I enjoyed this story immensely, and highly recommend it. There is suspense, mystery and the hot...hot love scenes between Elena and Raphael.

ARCHANGELS LEGION seems to be the book that will take this series in a different direction. MS. Singh has in previous books has introduced us to all the players, now it is time for the characters to show us more of themselves and what they are made of. This story is grittier and more intense than the others, and I liked it. I cannot wait to see what she has in store for future books in this series. If it is anything like what I read in this book, I will again be on the edge of my seat reading each page as fast as I can. If you have not read the other books in the Archangel Series I would recommend it. You can read this one as a standalone, but you might feel lost at times. ARCHANGELS LEGION and The Guild Hunter series is worth your time.
