FLIRTING WITH FORTUNE is the third book in Erin Knightley's Sealed with a Kiss series, and I have enjoyed both the ones I've read. Knightley has a knack for creating believable characters and situations. For example, the biggest hurdle Colin and Beatrice have to overcome is at its heart a simple misunderstanding, but the reasons they never talk about it are very realistic. The plot goes beyond the love story, adding depth to the characters and their lives.

Colin and Beatrice never do more than kiss, but each touch sends sparks flying, leaving the reader with no doubt that they are meant for each other. Both of them have strong personalities and avocations, so their encounters are always compelling. Knightley also peoples her books with sparkling minor characters, creating a world that's a pleasure to visit.

I recommend FLIRTING WITH FORTUNE for fans of Regency and historical romances who enjoy strong characters and intricate plotting.
