Lark Chaiken is based in New York, traveling the world to capture the horrors of war on film. Her father has died and she is heading to Last Chance, South Carolina to grant his last wish. His ashes are to be scattered over the "Golfing for God" 18th hole of the mini golf course. Lark is determined to grant his last wish and learn his meaning of "finding himself there" while striving to learn what really happened in '68 when Abe spent 10 days in Last Chance.
