In these three novellas by authors Jewel Amethyst, Farrah Rochon, and Stephanie Worth, readers will experience a Caribbean getaway, learn a little about Kwanzaa and romantic community service, and witness a little supernatural matchmaking.
In "From SKB with Love" by Jewel Amethyst, two wounded individuals who meet on the island of St. Kitt must decide whether to remain cocooned in their pasts or to take advantage of an unexpected, second chance on love.
Farrah Rochon's "No Ordinary Gift" features a community center volunteer who must decide whether to give the man who previously rejected her, and is now the community center director, a second chance.
Finally, Stephanie Worth introduces a touch of the supernatural in the person of two angels who must work together to unite two people with big dreams and in search of love in "Heavensent.com".
Although I enjoyed all three stories, Farrah Rochon's novella was my favorite (and fans of hers will appreciate the reference to the Holmes brothers construction firm from her prior series). HOLIDAY BRIDES is a great way to kick off this year's holiday reading.
