This spicy book is full of short erotic stories written by Joan Elizabeth Lloyd. A quick and good read. These stories take the reader into another world for a short period of time. Although some stories are intertwined each short story can stand on its own. THE SPICY BEDTIME COMPANION is a nice and easy read that is highly enjoyable. If you enjoy sexy tales you will not be disappointed. With stories about massage parlors, new homeowners, paper thin motel rooms, many a husband and wife exploring their fantasies and a few limericks, poems and tidbits thrown in for good measure. I would have to say that my favorite short story had to be Creativity. This story centered around a husband who has begun to read erotic short stories and decides to try and write an erotic short story himself. As he creates his own story the beautiful heroine he is creating shows up in the flesh right in his house.

I truly enjoyed being able to read a few short stories at a time before drifting off to sleep every day. Being able to relax and escape into these stories was a nice way to end my day. Joan Elizabeth Lloyd has the readers enjoying themselves and with these small bites into her world it makes one want to look for more of her stories. I certainly will be looking for more of the collections of her stories.
