Between the Covers

In Cassie Goodwin's story she plans to seduce her ex- boyfriend Mark Shapiro. He basically dumped her reveling that he wasn't attracted to Cassie, she couldn't turn him on. But she has news for him. Even some of the most taboo fantasies deserve a happy ending. Jacqueline Mays was ready for her challenge to begin, she just needed a man to fulfill her fantasy. She wants to be the submissive, she wants to be spanked. In comes her target: Elliot Nicholson, a celebrity chef is used to having his own way. When he realizes Jacqueline is playing games with him and he realizes what type of game, he's all in. But after their business together is over, the fun stops as well. Elliot wants more from her, but Jacqueline insists on ending things before it gets too serious and she gets hurt. But to Elliot's surprise she comes back to the restaurant and sends back his food. This is something that really makes Elliot mad, which means Jacqueline will have to suffer punishment.

What can I say...hot, hot, smoldering hot! This was a great book, one of the best I have seen in a long time from Stephanie Bond. And the stories aren't finished yet, we still have two ladies in the book club who are dying to tell us their stories as well. All of the stories were quick, fast, and fun. I loved how the women took control, they knew what they wanted and they went after that. It's very empowering and I believe it will be great motivation for every woman to take control of her love life.
