With surprise out-of-town guests, a little too much to drink and an encounter with a sexy stranger in the hallway, Penny feels better than she's felt in a long time. As Penny and BJ dig deeper into Deke's mysterious activities during his last days, they find unexpected connections to town big wigs and ties to voodoo. The biggest discovery is their attraction to each other and the lengths they'll go to avoid it. However, getting shot at and magic voodoo sex drinks work against them and sparks fly. Will they even survive to see where this relationship will go?

A satisfying tale of sex, love and voodoo, I highly recommend this book as your guilty pleasure on the nightstand.
