Linda, Flo and Ginny Reiner have become extremely wealthy by using their moneymaking system that projects the outcome of the stock market. To Karen this is just another fluff piece, until Flo is found dead at the Reiner sisters' office and the computer program containing their secret is stolen.

Karen gets swept away in an adventure that includes a mixture of fear and greed. With the help of her coworker and friend, Frank Vere, an experienced and well-connected investigative reporter, Karen will come dangerously close to dying more than once and possibly get the chance to write the article of a lifetime.

Lawrence Light does a fabulous job keeping readers interested in this fast-paced, exhilarating suspense thriller, a sequel to TOO RICH TO LIVE. I look forward to the next Karen Glick thriller; hopefully I'll find out why Frank Vere's character seems to receive more attention and respect than Karen.
